Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic will represent Serbia in Srebrenica on July 11 as decided unanimously by the Serbian government on Tuesday, Tanjug reported.
The prime minister announced the decision at a press conference, stressing that Serbia stands ready for reconciliation, but not humiliation.
Asked whether there are certain conditions that should be fulfilled before his departure to Srebrenica, Vucic said that he is not interested in any security conditions.
“I am not interested in security conditions. What is important for me is what (Srebrenica Mayor) Camil Durakovic, the Mothers of Srebrenica and the Bosniak member of the BiH Presidency (Bakir Izetbegovic) think (about my visit),” Vucic said, adding that undoubtedly, it will be difficult for the organizers to prepare his visit taking into account all that was stated and all that happened these days.
